Are you accepting new patients?

Yes — Dr. Summers is accepting new patients by appointment. New patients and anyone not seen in the last year are welcome with an appointment.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Your insurance card, photo ID, a list of current medications, and your completed new-patient packet.
